Translation:

David Schneider was born to parents who are Christian and attached to the Lutheran congregation, in Upper Milford, Northampton County, on the 6th of March in the year of Christ 1811, and was baptized by Mister pastor Heynen. The sponsors were Johan Schlichter and Chatarina Seißloften, both single. The child’s parents are Simon Schneider and his lawful wife, a legitimate son of the old Simon Schneider; the mother is a born named Susanna, a legitimate daughter of the old Jacob Heil.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in German script is within a rectangular frame in the lower center of the document. It is flanked by leafy stems of tulips. Above it is a compass work star or rosette, several tulips, and two winged angel heads. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative border.
