Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur is within a large heart in the center of the document. Notations regarding confirmation and marriage were added later in German script at the bottom. The heart is flanked by four birds perched on potted stems of flowers. In the top center is a winged angel head.
