Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur, with some words written in English print, is within a circular frame in the center and a rectangular frame in the lower portion of the document. The frames are surrounded by leafy stems of flowers. Two female figures, wearing a blue dress or robe, flank the sides of the circular frame. Two heads are on the upper side of the circular frame.
