The sponsors were Henrich Groß and his wife Philippina, the grandparents.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text within the two hearts is in the center of the document. In the lower center are two inward-facing birds perched on stems of flowers. Along the sides are two flowers, and another set of birds perched on stems of tulips. In the upper corners are two stars.
