Bleibe fromm und halte dich recht Ps. 37 37. \ Georg Adam Achenbach ist gebohren von eheli= \ chen christlichen Eltern den 22ten Tag \ October 22^d um 4 Uhr nachmittag im Jahr \ 1815 nach der Geburth unsers Herrn Jesu, \ im Staat Pennsylvanien, Columbia Caun= \ ty; Breyerkrick Taunschip: und ist den 30ten \ December Anno 1815 von dem Herrn \ Tiefenbach evangelisch reformirten Prediger \ getauft, und in den Gnadenbund mit Gott \ getreten. Die Eltern sind Johannes Achenbach \ und seine Ehefrau namens Maria Elisabetha \ Taufzeugen sind Georg Kelchner und seine Frau \ Susanna.
Gott Vater Sohn und Geist verleyh daß ich fest an dich glaube, mich \ meines Taufbunds tröst und freu, und dir getreu verbleibe.

Georg Adam Achenbach was born to married, Christian parents on the 22nd day October 22^nd at 4 o’clock in the afternoon in the year 1815 after the birth of our Lord Jesus, in the state of Pennsylvania, Columbia County, Breyerkrick Township; and on the 30th December in the year 1815 was baptized by Mister Tiefenbach, evangelical reformed preacher, and entered into the covenant of grace with God. The parents are Johannes Achenbach and his wife named Maria Elisabetha. Sponsors are Georg Kelcher and his wife Susanna.
God Father, Son and Ghost, make that I firmly believe in you, find comfort and joy in my baptismal covenant, and remain true to you.
