Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text is in the lower center portion of the document. It is flanked by two inward-facing female figures, copied from printed birth and baptismal certificates. The one on the left holds a lyre and a bird. The one on the right holds a lyre and a wreath. In the lower center is a vase with a flower. Above the text is a heart from which protrudes a leafy stem with three flowers.
