Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. Various leafy stems of flowers are within a decorative circular frame in the lower portion of the document. It is surrounded by leafy stems of flowers, including two large tulips in the upper part of the document. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative border. The name and number in Roman script are on the reverse.
