Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the center of the document. It is framed and divided into three sections by decorative borders; the top frame is triangular. In the upper corners are two flowers. The decorative striped border of the bookplate intersects to form a checked pattern in the four corners. This bookplate is in the catechism Johann Hübner’s zweymal zwey und fünfzig auserlesene Biblische Historien (Härrisburg, Pa.: W. Wheit und Wm. Boyer, 1826).
