Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the center of the document. In the lower right is a building containing a small chair and oversize desk with two open books. The building has several windows and two chimneys. In the lower left are three trees. The text and images are framed by a border that is decorated with swags. This bookplate is in Precedents for the Use of Justices of the Peace (Reading, Pa.: George Getz, 1822).  (PA GER Reading 1822 P911)
