Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur extends across the document. The name is written in particularly prominent letters. In the upper center and between the first two lines are two decorative spirals. The bookplate was made for one of the members of the congregation at Ephrata, Pennsylvania. It is in Der Blutige Schauplatz, oder Martyrer Spiegel (Ephrata, Pa: Drucks und Verlags der Brüderschaft, 1748).  (PA GER Ephrata 1748 B621 Oversize)
