Director of the Saban Center for Middle East Policy at the Brookings Institution, Martin Indyk has held senior positions in the U.S. government, most recently as ambassador to Israel for the Bill Clinton and George W. Bush administrations and as Assistant Secretary of State for Near East Affairs for President Clinton.
