At the Free Library, we are always on the lookout for the best resources to add to our database collection. Likewise, we are constantly evaluating our current offerings to make sure you are getting the best service possible. In that spirit, I would like to share a few new resources we've recently added to our database page

Student Search: General Encyclopedia - This is a carefully curated searchable sub-collection of resources culled from of our Gale Virtual Reference Library. We've hand selected the best encyclopedia resources for students in elementary, middle, and early level high school and put them all in one place with one search box.  Think of it as an online version of your old set of Britannica, or maybe as a more authoritative Wikipedia.  Visit our database page to give it a try!

BBC Animals - This new resource may be intended for children, but everyone will appreciate this massive collection of information and videos. All your favorite stars of the natural world are here: lions, tigers, gorillas, and even Brant's Whistling Rat.

U.S. Citizenship Test Prep - Find the best information and study materials available for the U.S. Citizenship test.  This excellent resource includes videos, practice tests and more.

You will find links to these resources as well as many more at our database page.
