World Builders - A Writing Club for Free Thinkers

By Tamoul Q. RSS Thu, January 14, 2016

The World Builder's Writing Club is a diverse group of aspiring authors. The group's main focus is creating original works of speculative fiction (e.g., science fiction, fantasy, urban fiction, and their subgenres)—but all writers are welcome! Constructive feedback is a large part of the group's writing process.

The group has been meeting one Saturday a month, from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. at Parkway Central Library, for the last two years. If you are interested in checking it out or in joining, please call 215-686-5411 or email quakhaant@freelibrary for upcoming dates and room locations.

Coming soon: We plan to showcase exerpts of member's works-in-progress on the blog! Feedback welcome.

Come check us out!

Dear Ms. Tee: Will we be meeting for writing class today or has it been cancelled due to the bad weather? Jacqueline Murray.

Dear Tee: It's your long lost student Kim Murray. I was just wondering, is our next meeting date tomorrow, Saturday, March the 18th? My tablet has conked out on me and the full schedule was on there. I have it written down, in my note book I thought, but alas, I have not been able to locate it. I Do Not want to miss writing class. It is therapy for me. SMILE! Thanks Tee. Take Care. Kim.
