A traditional Argentinian dish, with a twist!
Cook along from your home kitchen with Chef Gaby Melian and learn how to make Pastel de Papa! Similar to a "Shepherd's pie", this dish is perfect for a chilly winter evening. Chef Melian will demonstrate how this Argentinian dish can be made vegetarian (or vegan!) and how you can mix up ingredients to make this customizable recipe your own.
Tickets for the program are $20 per household and can be purchased via Eventbrite. Participants will receive a grocery and equipment list a week prior, for those who would like to cook along.
