West Oak Lane Library
Learn how you can apply. The Children's Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) provides scholarships to under-resources Philadelphia families with students in grades K-8, to help them pay for private schools. Last school year, CSFP provided scholarships to 5,800+ students and this year, the organization will offer 2,000 new scholarships to families. Scholarships are given out by random lottery to families living in Philadelphia with a student entering K-8th grade who meet their income guidelines. Scholarship amounts range from $1,200 to $3,200 per student, per year through 8th grade.
