The IndoChinese American Council at Tacony Library will host free Citizenship Classes beginning February 24, at 10:30AM.

To apply for classes, you must:

-be 18 years or older

-be able to read, speak, and write English

-have a Green Card

-live in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, or Delaware counties

-have a clean criminal record

-have access to a smartphone, laptop, or tablet
