Big Question: How can we design a spacesuit that protects astronauts from radiation and micrometeorides?
Kids entering grades 2 - 6 can be space scientists this summer at the Falls Library! Science in the Summer is a free science education program that helps elementrary school children "grow into science', increasing their interest and confidence in doing science, and pursuing STEM careers. We will provide engaging, hands-on activities and exploration which models various science professions.
Each class has a max of 20 participants; participation is first-come, first served and a waitlist will be generated. This program is a partnership between the Free Library and the Franklin Institute. It will take place in the meeting room downstairs, please enter through the Midvale garden door.
