Under the Museum
Greater Olney Library
The Museum of the American Revolution presents Revolution at the Library! Under the Museum.
Do you love history? So do we! Go behind the scenes with museum staff to discover cool artifacts from the past, and hear the exciting stories they can tell us. Learn about archaeology and the thousands of objects we discovered under the museum... in an 18th-century toilet! Find out what these objects reveal about the people who once lived in our revolutionary neighborhood.
The Museum and the Free Library are excited to partner again on this free program. Aimed at elementary school students and their families, Revolution at the Museum features fun and curiousity-provoking object, document, and story-based activities that bring people and events of the American Revolution to life. To learn more, visit https://www.amrevmuseum.org/
Great for kids K- 5th grade and their grown-ups!
ASL Interpretation is available with advanced notice; please email librarian Natalie at HartogN@freelibrary.org.
