Learn how to make traditional Korean kimchi! Join us as we delve into the tradition of Korean fermentation and the art of making kimchi––a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish. In this hands-on class, you will learn the history and cultural significance of this Korean staple and experience the joy of crafting your own delicious and authentic kimchi. All materials provided.
By the end of this class, you not only will have a deeper appreciation of the world of Korean fermentation, but each participant will go home with your very own homemade kimchi to enjoy and share.
