Mindfulness Meditation | Beginner Session
Science and Wellness at Parkway Central Library
Join instructor Maceo Hood in this beginner friendly meditation class. In this one-hour course, you will learn about the benefits of meditation and how to practice. We will conclude with a short, guided meditation. Maceo received his certification from the Institute for Organizational Science and Meditation. No registration is required!
