The Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) has partnered with the Library to offer a safe, discreet place to pick-up Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strips today. PDPH will be in front of the library from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. to answer questions and provide additional resources. Questions? E-mail Dominique.Mcquade@phila.gov.
