Experience a sense of well-being with the calming, nourishing practice of Qigong (chee-gong). Eileen Kelsall will lead the group in gentle movements, deep breathing, and self-massage. You will find yourself feeling less stressed and more energized. This meditative practice improves flexibility and balance, and is beneficial to your body, breath, and spirit. Adults of all abilities and experience are welcome. Please dress comfortably.
This progam will be held downstairs in the meeting room, please use the Midvale Avenue entrance.
