Kate Kim and K-Motion: Traditional Korean Dance Performance

This free performane will showcase various dynamic and beautiful Korean traditional dances, including Giwonmy, hand drunk dance, fan dance, flower dance, and more.
Kate Kim is a professional Korean traditional dancer. She is recordnized by the Korean Government's Ministsry of Culture as a "Successor" (Chonsuja) of the Seungmu dance, an Intangible Cultural heritage. She graduated from Sangmyung Women's University in korea. She is the recipient of a Folk and Traditional Arts Grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and the World Dance Competition Leader's Award.
