It's spooky season! Join us for an outdoor costume parade with goody bags along the way from 3:30-4:30 pm! Start at the front entrance of the library on Vine St to begin with your friends from Central Children's! Costumes encouraged! Intended for our friends 12 and under. Rain date on Thursday, October 31st!
