The Vidocq Society: Solving Cold Case Homicides

Howard Lebofsky, Deputy Commissioner of the Vidocq Society, and John "Jack" Maxwell, Chief Inspector of the Philadelphia Police Department's Detective Bureau (retired) will offer a slide presentation and talk about how the Society was formed to solve "cold case" homicides, what they do, how they get cases, and reference cases that this group of detectives, forensics experts, and law enforcement officials, among others, helped to close.
