This class is the first in a series that explores physiological systems of the body by way of cuisine and anatomy. Taste a heart, eat a brain, and dine on blood as prepared by chef Ari Miller as physician Jonathan Reisman explains the intricate workings of those very same organs. Anatomy Eats will lead you on an unparalleled experience for all your systems.

About the presenters:
Ari Miller is a chef who started his career in Tel Aviv and has worked in Philadelphia for some of the city's best chefs. In his own kitchen he expresses serious love of street food and the fifth quarter. You can follow him on Instagram @chefarimiller
