Anatomy Eats, Part One
Culinary Literacy Center at Parkway Central Library
This class is the first in a series that explores physiological systems of the body by way of cuisine and anatomy. Taste a heart, eat a brain, and dine on blood as prepared by chef Ari Miller as physician Jonathan Reisman explains the intricate workings of those very same organs. Anatomy Eats will lead you on an unparalleled experience for all your systems.
Pre-registration is required via Eventbrite. Please note: ticket prices are sliding scale; proceeds go towards the Culinary Literacy Center's free and low cost programs.
