This December 26, 1973, image shows an aerial view of the Tioga Marine Terminals on the Delaware River, in the Port Richmond area. The Port of Philadelphia is made up of a series of specialized marine terminals. According to the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority, the Tioga Marine Terminal today handles containers, forest products, large cargoes, and storage of dry and refrigerated goods.
