William Bagshawe (1628-1702) was a Presbyterian minister from Derbyshire. Although ejected from his living in 1662 for nonconformity, he continued to preach in Derbyshire and the Peak District, earning him the nickname, “The Apostle of the Peak.” He wrote several religious works throughout his lifetime although many were never published.
