Notes: Two stores between row-houses. Store on left: "Fruit & confectionary." In front of store on right is a cigar store Indian on a pedestal: "Imported segars." Sign on wall next to statue: "...Irish American ... the priest hunter ..." Streetcar tracks on 5th. Handwritten on photograph: "August 1860."
