My Dear Sir
Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton is in possession of some very curious papers having reference to the passing of an International Copyright law with America. He has communicated them to me, and we agree that they ought to be privately imparted to you and one or two others interested in like manner in the question; and that we ought to hold immediate Council on the subject. Will you meet Sir Edward here on Saturday next, at 3 o'Clock in the afternoon?
Faithfully Yours
