Dear Sir
My opinions on the subject of Public Executions were expressed in two letters addressed to the Editor of the Times Newspaper, immediately after the execution of the Mannings, husband and wife. I am far too busy to repeat them here, but it is the less necessary, by reason of their having undergone no kind of modification.
