Dear Mark.
I have pledged myself in a dread and solemn manner to go to the Standard tomorrow night, to see—she called it “recognize” —Miss Glyn, who has forwarded Box for that purpose. Can you go? I shall have to be in the City first, and we might meet at any dirty dining-house at 1/2 past 5.
