Gad's Hill Place,
Higham by Rochester, Kent
Saturday Sixteenth June 1860.
Dr. John.
Among the Articles of furniture of which I gave you a List, is the washing stand in my room with marble top. As this same washing stand will not be wanted here until after Miss Katie's marriage, you need not trouble yourself about that at all at present. The other things you will have no difficulty in bringing and sending as we arranged. But there will also be at Tavistock House, a parcel from Ripon and Burton's. I want you to bring that parcel also.
Yours truly
Charles Dickens
