 My Dear Mrs. Cattermole

              I am on my Farewell Tour, and shall be very little in London until the end of May, and then only to read there. But all letters are forwarded to me.
              I think it will be well to enclose the appeal with the Memorial, in writing, for Signatures to the latter.
