[CAPTION] A 31-ton M-3 tank- second medium-sized land dreadnaught made at Baldwin Locomotive Works- rumbles up Broad St. above Locust en route to the Henry Disston & Sons, Inc., plant in Tacony where a new $1,250,000 armor factory was to be dedicated today. Needless to say, motorists gave the new snub-nosed monster the right of way.
