[ON REVERSE] LETITIA STREET HOUSE  West Side of Schuylkill near Girard Ave.  Built probably between 1703 and 1715 on land granted by William Penn to his daughter Letitia. Removed from Letitia Street to this site in 1883. Restored in 1932. Furnished in the Queen Anne style. Open to the public under the administration of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
