Notes:

Pictured here is library patron Andell Lewis, in the short-lived Cheltenham Mall Branch, in 1990.  According to reporting from the Philadelphia Inquirer, the branch was created in 1990 as a summertime "pop-up" library branch inside the Cheltenham Square Mall, intended to lure mall shoppers from the nearby Stenton community (especially teens "hanging out" at the mall) to a library branch.

It proved an unsuccessful venture, in part because the Cheltenham Square Mall is located on the north side of Cheltenham Avenue, which is actually in Cheltenham, Montgomery County, therefore encroaching on the Cheltenham Township Library System.
