Notes:
A note written in Latin and pasted on to the inside of the front cover tells that this manuscript was transferred from the Franciscan brother, Petrus Jensenius, to another Franciscan, Gerardus de Bois on December 10, 1610. On the facing end leaf, John Frederick Lewis, the last private owner of the manuscript, who bequeathed it the Free Library, also signed the book.
