Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. In the denter of the document are the day and month. To the right are three trees. The letters S S are in the upper corners. Between them is a small rosette. In the lower center is a heart from which protrude three leafy, flowery vines. The year is written in two parts along the lower edge, divided by the heart.
