Translation:

Elisabetha Zettelmaier was born in Greenwich Taunschip in berks County, state of Pennsylvania. Her parents are the honorable Martin Zettelmaier and his wife Catharina Elizabeth. Born the 29th of September 1818; baptized 1 November 1818. her sponsors are the honorable Andreas Reinhard and his wife Sarah. Baptized by the old honorable pastor Dr. F Miller, Lutheran preacher at the Lebanon church, Windsor Township. [ill.] May God bless this child and may it become blessed. Lebanon Church [ill.] Doct. F. Miller.

Formerly known as the Smoke Church Artist, Friederick Miller served several Lutheran congregations, though primarily the Smoke Church (also known as St. Paul’s Church and Lebanon Church) in Windsor Township, Berks County.
