Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Roman print and script is in the center of the document beneath a columned arch. The arch is decorated with undulating leafy vines of fruit. In the upper center is an eagle holding a banner in its beak, inscribed in Latin the phrase (translated) "With God's assistance nothing is to be feared."  Beneath it is an open Bible.
