Translation:

dear father and mother, siblings, grandfather and grandmother, and all friends, think only of the dear God, who is indeed the greatest comfort in the whole world, under all circumstances, as follows, namely sickness, adversity, suffering, sadness, death and in dying, in short, in all, the poet says. Now we bring the body to rest. Friend, seek this song and read it in its entirety with devotion. Then you will see how poor and miserable children of men we are in this world, especially the body. Therefore then we shall pray to our dear God from day to day for his dear comfort. If God saddens your heart he nevertheless loves me and you. God, and Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost, this is the love and all comfort, amen.
