Soll diß Buch verloren gehn \ so kan man den \ Namen sehn Geschrieben \ d. 20ten April 1806
Translation:
This new hymnal belongs to Barbara Meyern and it was given to me by my grandmother Barbara Meyern, the surviving widow of my grandfather Henrich Meyer.
Should this book become lost, one can see the name. Written on the 20th of April 1806.
