Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered; cutwork. In the center of the document is a leafy flower surrounded by buds. Below it are a circle and two ovals within a rectangular frame. These elements have been cut out and pasted to the page. The name in Roman print is on the bottom of the document. The entire item is framed by a decorative border. This bookplate is in Das Neue Testament (Philadelphia: Mentz und Rovoudt, 1842).   (PA GER Philadelphia 1843 B471)
