Katharine Chandler is a Reference Librarian in the Rare Book Department of the Free Library of Philadelphia, where she is especially useful with the manuscript and early printed book collections. She received her BA from Smith College, her MLIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her MA in European history from Villanova University.
