Zack Pelta-Heller remembers his grandfather, a Holocaust survivor, immigrant, and inventor, in light of the highly controversial immigration ban President Trump proposed earlier this year.
Zack Pelta-Heller is the Web Content Manager at the Chemical Heritage Foundation. His writing has appeared in The Huffington Post, UPI, Columbia: A Journal of Literature and Art, The Nation, The American Prospect, AlterNet, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, among other publications. He holds an MFA from The New School.
