Culinary Literacy Center at Parkway Central Library
Looking for a chance to brush up on your Spanish language skills?
Interested in meeting new people, learning to cook a new recipe, explore a new culture and have a great time?
In this class, we will travel to one of the most historic countries in South America: Peru.
This presentation is part of the World Traveling Trunk Project that connects families, cultures and stories in Philadelphia. Building cultural awareness and embracing diversity will help community members develop cross-cultural social skills and interconnect with the traditions, history, and a way of living of global citizens.
