The African American Museum in Philadelphia is bringing Skillets and Skill Sets: A Soul Food Journey to the Culinary Literacy Center in celebration of Kwanzaa. Join this cooking demonstration led by a chef from Booker's Restaurant & Bar. This event takes place on Nia (Purpose), the 5th day of Kwanzaa.
