Notes:

This page begins a Dutch sermon on Matthew 25:6. The text that constitutes the majority of the manuscript is known to have been written by at the Cloister of Jericho in Brussels. The colophon that appears at the end of a previous text explains that the book was written by twelve scribes: eleven nuns and their confessor, Father Philip Nicholas, who wrote out the book as an act of devotion. This portion of the manuscript seems to have been added at a later date, as it appears after the colophon and is in a different script, although the style of handwriting and the decoration suggests that it is not much later and was probably added to fill pages unused pages.
