  1. Include a variety of healthy foods in your diet, from all of the food groups on a regular basis.
  2. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
  3. Be mindful of portion sizes.
  4. Limit added sugar and salt.
  5. Use MyPlate as a guide. 
  6. Use good food safety practices
  7. Visit your nearest neighborhood library to check out a book and learn more!
